epilogue for this story: An hardware reviewer kindly tried his usb dock with a HDD instead of a SSD. (on windows) It was also recognized as an USB2. http://www.zeden.net/actu/19403-test-Icy-Dock-EZ-DOCK-MB881U3-1SA#comment_36566 (french inside !) So, it seems to be a hard conception problem. => I bought another sata/USB3 device (with no HUB, no IDE) and it's working perfectly. Thanks for the support.
