Unfortunately English is not my mother tongue and I'm a new Linux user, I don't know anything about it. I bought this Alcatel modem in Nigeria from Visafone but they know less than me about this system. According to the user manual I typed "sudo modprobe usbserial vendor=0x1BBB product=0x0012" but nothing happened. I don't really know what is vendor and device I'd.
