Mathias was working on this fix, but wanted to address some issues in
the global command queue patches before starting on this task. Mathias
is taking over as xHCI maintainer after 3.15, so he can better provide a
timeline for when it will get fixed.
I'll started looking at it but put it on hold to get the command queue
patches in shape. There are no patches yet.
I'll continue on it once the command queue work is ready. Hopefully soon.
