This is the second iteration for the dummy_hcd fixes. These patches fix the problems I encountered while trying to use dummy_hcd for testing mainly the storage gadgets, but can also benefit the other devices.
The most important change is the porting of dummy_hcd to hrtimers which improves the faithfulness of the emulation (and also brings the performance for storage to acceptable levels so that my tests tend to finish in reasonable time and I don't get any timeouts).
