This change allows to get a driver instance of usb controller, which
registers an irq, now the interrupt names are unique:

    # cat /proc/interrupts | grep ci_
     72:       0       0       0       0    GIC  72  ci_hdrc.0
     75:    2096       0       0       0    GIC  75  ci_hdrc.1
