Here are a couple fixes for musb for v4.6-rc5.
Tal's patch fixes a musb teardown bug which is uncovered by a g_zero
change in v4.3. HCD_BH flag does not bring any visible benefit but breaks
a few cases.
Please let me know if any change is needed.
