According to the HW team of R-Car SoCs, the firmware of R-Car USB 3.0 host controller will control the reset. So, if the xhci-rcar driver doesn't do firmware downloading, the reset of USB3.0 host controller doesn't work correctly. The HW team intends to describe this specification on next datasheet revision. (In other words, the current datasheet doesn't mention exactly about this.) So, I will revise the commit log and submit such a patch later.
