Hi,
I'm having two issues with an active, 7-port (+1, charging-only)
USB 3.0 Hub from Goobay (Model: 69770). My setup looks like this:

The Goobay hub supposedly features a VIA VL813. Or even two,
as according to "lsusb -t" there are two, chained 4-port
hubs (2109:2812) (the hub/7p, 0424:2517, is from the Motorola
Lapdock, not the Goobay hub):

When trying to connect my Bluetooth dongle[0] to it, I get the

However, connecting it directly to my Motorola Lapdock or even
adding another, passive 4-port USB-Hub from Digitus [1] in between

Second issue:
While the Digitus Hub works on all four ports of the first chip of
the Goobay Hub, it does not on ports 1, 3 or 4 of the second chip.
dmesg stays absolutely silent here. For port 2 of the second chip,
it sometimes works, sometimes there is this error message:

Connecting a USB Wifi dongle, a TP-Link TL-WDN4200[2],
directly to any of the seven ports of the Goobay hub works fine
without any issues.
The Odroid-W runs a Raspbian based on Debian Jessie. Linux kernel
version: 4.9.36. Architecture: armhf
Let me know if you'd need any further information. (I'll also try
a newer kernel version next week, but need to get cross-compiling
etc. working first)
