Ok, I have last revision of dell bios (Dell 9560 1.1.4). I will try to upgrade
the kernel to last version.
So you have same errors?
Today I have been working with the adapter without any problem but I think that
the problems will come again.
I don't know if the debug information attached to first email is enough.

I have that thing, it's really really flaky. Make sure you have the
latest BIOS update, and please update to a newer kernel, 4.11.0 is old
for xhci fixes.
The first time it seems to work and I am able to use the adapter without
problems. The error comes when I try to disconnect and reconnect the
adapter. When I disconnect the adapter I get this error:

I don't know what is the problem. Also, when I try to suspend the computer
after disconnect the adapter the computer wakes up inmediatly.
What do you mean by this?
What computer are you using this on?
And again, it's a really odd device, this is really a PCI hotplug device
for a xhci controller. Even on the latest kernel releases I sometimes
have problems with mine.
