I remember reading somewhere in an overclocking guide to reverse the power
supply fan to suck air from the cabinet, add one to the front to do the same
and add one to the top that blows in and directing this air towards the cpu
and graphics card.
They would have to be big, slow fans otherwise the problem will be worst.
