Julian,
The Hall holds up to sixty. As there was about 30 at the last meeting there
shouldn't be any problem fitting in software cluster ppl in to.(assuming
there isn't hundreds of them).
I would like to see a brief meeting before the talk and actually have a show
of hands to whether we form a committee or not. And also if members are
happy booking monthly meetings for next year at the Sydenham communty hall.
We can get in to the hall pretty early if we want to. Nick Rout and I
already aim on getting there a bit before before 7pm. We can give you the
key instructions off list should you require them to get in earlier Julian.
At this stage I would like to ask Nick Rout if he would like to chair the
meeting please.
Therefore Julian may I suggest that you ask the software cluster ppl to get
there at 8pm. And suggest to them that if any of them would like to get
involved with our group on a regular basis, then they are welcome to be there
earlier at 7:30 pm.
I can take a record a few notes about what was decided at the meeting for
future reference and to keep the mail list informed. (Unless somebody else
would like to do it)
Seeing as there may be a crowd can we have a volunteer to help Barry setup
and clean up after supper please?
