There are drivers around for the SM200DTP that work with 2.4 kernels. I was using these, with <2.4.9 on RedHat 6.1, before I dumped Ultra. Have a look in: ftp://ftp.ihug.co.nz/pub/ultra/linux/sm200/2.01/ Particularly at: sm200d_v2.01.24.src.tar.gz This tarball replaces some of the files in the 2.2 compatible sources, enabling you to build it for a 2.4 kernel.
