I believe they're refering to the HSF (software) and HCF (Semi-hardware)
based PCI modems.
They're a Conexant chipset (formerly Rockwell) unless something has
changed recently, and also have no Linux support that I'm aware of...
 
I'd love for someone to prove me wrong on this one tho...
