You can't. Not all business card CDs are 35MB, except (as far as I can tell) all the ones in New Zealand. I have tried to blow the Linuxcare ISO onto two CD business card CDs. They both failed, running out of space about 40MB into the proceedings. I blew the same image onto a standard CD no problem. Dr Floppy tried to tell me that the business card CDs would hold 100MB. I disagreed, but bought them anyway. They gave me my money back like good boys with no trouble, and have apparently changed the advertised size. Dunno what to though. Reading the Linux BBC site reveals that there are some 50MB business card CDs out there. THese are a slightly larger format than an actual business card. My suggestion: Measure the dimensions of a known working Linuxcare CD and compare it to the given dimensions of available blanks (phone up and ask 'em to make with a ruler if all else fails). You'll probably find that the Linuxcare CD is fatter. That's my bet anyway.
