Hi,

I mailed the list last week about needing a power supply because the
one I had caused the computer to spontaneously reboot every so often
(between 1s and a feww hours).

Well, I'm currently borrowing a supply from a friend, and last night
it turned off all by itself after a minute or so - hadn't finished
booting. And a few days ago it turned off when my daughter accidently
kicked the side of the box. In both cases i had to switch the power
supply off for a while to let the caps discharge before switching it
on again before the power switch at the front of the computer would
work. For still more, possibly related, weird behaviour, the computer
had booted up with a music CD in the drive. After about ten minutes
of being on, the music CD spontaneously started to play, as if I had
just inserted it into the CD drive.

Any ideas?
