Here here, what an awesome letter.  I found the writer to be both 
eloquent and compelling. Can someone (Dave?) tell us if perhaps 
something similar, but worded relevant to our government, could be 
forwarded to the appropriate ministers and members of parliament?  I 
feel this should be read and disseminated as far and wide as possible as 
it outlines a great many compelling reasons to use OSS in government 
deployments.
