I personally think we should run the installfest 9-5. Might as well make a day of it, we'll likely need all the time we can get. And if we've got the previous evening and following morning for setup/cleanup then it's all good =) What do others think? Also, on another note, if room 101 is the room I think it is, it's not very big, no? What sort of numbers are we aiming to have? If we're going to advertise this then we should have plenty of room available - having no more deskspace and a bunch of people outside the door with computers is not a good look. Just my 2c.
