Oops, I forgot to mention I'll also be demonstrating the Mandrake Software Manager for app installs.  I'll show some of the interested parties how easy it is to use this to solve dependency issues...(its idiot/newbie proof really, that's why I can use it =)

Just thinking of this...

I'm bringing a machine with two nics in it to connection share the internet
link, so I might bring it along with a copy of some web sites on it, so we
can demonstrate web surfing locally, I'll bring some intranet apps from the
council as well, to demo some simple business productivity stuff.

If someone can do the PDF thing from openoffice on a machine on the day we
could show the entire document publishing process for an intra/extranet end
to end with an opensource content management setup.  Might get someone
excited about OSS.
