Nick and friends,
As we are booked in at the hall for August and we didnt get charged for the
hall for last night I feel obliged to have the next meeting at least, in the
hall.
The Cashmere club was good but I can't help thinking we may have struck a
quiet night. With a few more people in the adjacent bar to the room we used,
I think noise could easily become a problem. I could only just hear you last
night at one stage, and I was sitting on the far side away from the bar. I
suspect anyone sitting with the bar behind them through those glass panels
would have had a harder time, especially if there were a few more patrons in
there. I could also hear some noise from the Gymnasium behind you, through
another set of doors on my side. Noisey games in there could also possibly
create noise problems.
I'd have a beer over a cup of tea though!
