For some reason Samba stumps me every time I try and set it up.
Last night I spent hours trying to connect a win98 box to a rh7.2 box to transfer an iso. I eventually gave up. I got to the point where the win98 machine would see the samba server in the network neighbourhood, but when one attempted to explore the machine, it reported that the machine could not be found. Does anyone have any idea what might cause this behavour?
