Since Nick was so rude as to post his email to the list instead of just emailing me personally, I'll forward my response to him to the kist as well, just so I have a forum to defend myself....

In my opinion, suggestions to indivisuals should be on an individual basis, not aired on list, now who needs to learn some netiquette?

Cheers,

Jason

Yes, I know both of those rules too but if people don't like it, then delete my emails outright and turn off html display in ur email client, problem solved. Sometimes HTML is a helpful evil. Also, I included the article and the link so people could read the whole article without going through their browser if they chose not too. And you were not blunt but rude, let's call it what it is. I may have been inadvertantly uncourteous but you were intentionally rude. Were you not taught conversational and interpersonal skills as a child? Now's a good time to learn ...

Look (to use your word), if you want to make a SUGGESTION as to how I
submit articles and links to the list that's fine but do not be rude and
don't speak on behalf of everyone else. Get some people skills man. I
respond well to suggestions, I do not respond well to rebukes. Period.
You have a problem with this then we can talk about it in person if you
prefer.

Ok I may have been blunt, but perhaps you should learn some netiquette.
Large posts and html posts are both a no-no in netiquette terms.

on a small personalised mailing list like this (eg where many of the
people know each other personally as well as by email), that may include
letting us know who you actually are? (unless your name really is
"newslett")
