Funny you should mention that...

The intention was that it just sits at 5, but in reality for some weird
reason (Bug, lousy coding) it goes back to 0.00 if the averages are high.
That machine runs at 0.04 normally anyway, so not a big deal.  On a desktop
machine it'd be different, as the avg load tends to be quite a bit higher..
