Hi All,

Red Hat CD's have the diskette images that do just this.
RH CD 1: /images/bootnet.img
Create the diskettes using  /dosutils/rawrite.exe
read the readme...

Then boot off the new floppy.
- setup will ask options like network share install OR ftp install OR http 
install

Last time I actually aliased a W2k CDROM drive to a IIS subdirectory and 
used http install. Worked just fine.
