I have have an out of the box apache install from Mandrake 8.2, I am trying to get some CGI going but get this on the browser:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/first.pl
on this server.
And this from the log:
[error][client 127.0.0.1] client denied by server configuration: /var/www/cgi-bin/first.pl
I guess it's to do with per-directory configs as first.pl runs from /var/www/perl/ ok
I just don't know what I'm looking for yet.....
everything in cgi-bin has a+x
