Or my partner, who finds that she now _prefers_ Gnome to Windows (and Gnome to KDE, having used both for several weeks), having used windows most of her life, and quite happily uses Gnumeric for spreadsheets (at which she is quite a wiz), Abiword or OpenOffice for wordprocessing, Mozilla, and (until recently), Pine for reading her email, and using a trackball to using a mouse. It's all about the context of your environment. If you get used to something, you'll prefer it over anything else. Take away my commandline, and I'll break your fingers ;) --Richard
