Um, I'll just warn you.

sudo rm -rf /win /*
sudo rm -rf / win/*
sudo rm -rf /win/ *

Are all deadly. If I was you, I'd umount /win, fdisk the drive, and convert
to ext2. mke2fs, and mount. much quicker.
