I'll have my webcam at the meeting, so you can drop in and
spy on Carl as he
gives his presentation.. No audio though.

It is
online for testing at the moment (on the floor in my lounge, not
very
interesting...)
It's working on a PCMCIA modem now, so I can
just use a dial-up to host it,
and I've improved the interface (slightly)
to avoid the control conflicts of
V1.0 we had in the office for a few
days.
