GNU Parted claims to support resizing all of these filesystems --
ext[23] are supported via ext2resize and it looks like reiser support is
provided by libreiser/resize_reiserfs. Parted also supports resizing FAT
variants and Linux swap, with more support coming for other filesystems.

There's also support for online resizing of ext2 and ext3 floating
around in the form of tools and a kernel patch from Andrea Dilger.
