mmm, *at least* one other programming style. Programming by Example and
Programming by Demonstration are two. Spreadsheet programming. Visual
data-flow programming (similar to functional programming...but different).
programming by Analogous Examples.

*none* of those scale well :)

(I'm just writing the background chapter for my Ph.D. on interesting
programming environments---those that use multiple languages...whoops,
there's another category)
