No ... Lot earlier model. I can't remember the Mhz rating of the chip
but it doesn't matter coz they are different from most things you
compare them against
The sparc station 1 was a "12 Mip" machine, 1+ was "16 Mip", II was
a nice machine of 26 Mips, I have one of these with an upgraded CPU
that got up to around 40 Mips. The SLC CPU was the same as a 1+ and the
ELC was the same as a II (just all in one screen and machine).

Next out was the Sparc 10, Sparc 20 and around that time we had some
Sparcstation 5 workstations. These were 80 or 85 Mhz and
possibly 50 mips (Guessing - Just trying to extrapolate from the Sparc2)

After that we got some Sparcstation4's which were a cutdown 5 with a
110Mhz processor.

The 170 Mhz came a few years later.

Sparc2 cosc take 96 Megs memory(4Meg x a lot of slots). The
Sparc1 had 16 slots so might have been up to 64 Megs .

Price wise -- I have had no idea, we were giving them away to students.
