Ok, all great and wonderful ideas.
Here is my 2 c worth.
I know of a lady from my computer class that is setting up a computer group
for IHC and is solely relying on donations of computers, software etc etc.
I can find out more if anyone is keen on that idea
Or yes a school, but a small town school that has very limited community
resources.  Just a idea that's all.

I'd like to see it in a bank account, but there is the problem that the
bank
will require a legal entitiy of some sort to open the account. That means
registering ourselves somewhere.

I'd like to see a very few copies ( like one or two ) of the RUTE book made
available for the younger and impoverished members to use and possibly one
copy given to the public library.
