Cool indeed - I did it last night on my "inside" machine - it works really well - quick and very straight forward (except I didn't manage to change the default language to english for the install - but no mind - I could tell what was happening OK).
Now to do it to my garage machine - which probably means that I will not need to bring it to the meeting for the modem fix (or I may not be ready to do so - have to see how it goes).

one really cool option these days is to use a knoppix live cd to install
from.

an up to date debian with EVERYTHING.

PS I think you still have to partition your disk by hand, thats not TOO
