I'll bet probably not. 

Generally I've only seen log-in credentials presented automatically by
win32 clients where the proxy offers NTLM as an authentication
method. Basic and Digest authentication is usually prompted for. 

Does appear that Squid supports NTLM now (hmm.. never used to! :) )It's
