Going waaaay back in my memory of getting Wine going here, but the config
file is stored in .wine under your home directory. That's where you can
specify your fake system folder and mount various drives.

Other tips for Wine, actually install the program as you would under
Windows, make sure the directory is read and write, and try accessing it
from the command line. eg: wine
/home/hamish/windows/programs/Kazza/Kazza.exe
