>From my client's point of view, it doesn't have a Microsoft sticker on it. This must be very important to them because they'll pay a lot of money for it even though the software ain't so hot. On a more serious note, the ability to paste with a click on the right button, nice fonts, an idiot's database like Access, a group calendar product that is compatible with Exchange, something to run Excel and Word macros, a Linux version of Visual BASIC (in which all their apps seem to be written), and a sync utility for WinCE/PocketPC handhelds.
