How many of the CD's do you have? It maybe on the Third CD. If you
don't have that cd you can get the indvidual rpm off any of the ftp
servers that host mandrake linux. You are using urpmi to find it aren't
you? Make sure you have all three CD's set up as package sources using
Mandrake Source Manager (under config packages). Then either type urpmi
kernel-sources as root or use Mandrake Software install to install the
package your should easily be able to spot the package if in Mandrake
Software installation you tell it to display packages in aphabetical
order.

You can download the Source rpm from here if your missing the 3rd CD
http://public.ftp.planetmirror.com/pub/mandrake/9.0/i586/Mandrake/RPMS/kernel-source-2.4.19-16mdk.i586.rpm
14MB
You'll also need the headers
http://public.ftp.planetmirror.com/pub/mandrake/9.0/i586/Mandrake/RPMS/kernel-headers-2.4.18-41mdk.i586.rpm
1MB
