The new browser's "Classic" theme gets some of its look/feel from
your GTK theme. Probably not enough to be much use to you though.

They're talking about Mozilla, but Netscape should be pretty much
the same. I don't know where Netscape keeps things (I haven't used
it since 4x), but try looking under ~/.netscape or similar.

Or try:

$ locate userChrome
