Indeed. server is being moved. sorry for the inconvenience folks.
Should be back later today... DNS was changed about 2 hours ago, so it's
possible that you may have the old IP cached. it only has a TTL of 24
hours though.
Currently there's a routing loop for its new IP, which I've just mailed the
ISP about.
