As far as I can make out, the email standard [1] requires both a "From"
and a "Reply-To" field.  It appears that you can have multiple addresses
listed in the "From" field but only one listed in the "Reply-To" and the
user generally cannot alter the "From" field after setting up the
account, but the "Reply-To" field can be altered on a per-message basis.

Don't stress if you send both.
