I've done a very simple distcc set up with just static ip addresses & 2 machines. I used the ip addresses in the DISTCC_HOSTS variable - DISTCC_HOSTS = "192.168.0.1 192.168.0.2" I'm keen to help out, but the above is the limit of my knowledge :) Anybody (was it Nick?) running more than 2 machines will likely be more help than I.
