Heh - same. I was keen to buy a house in a cable-capable area a couple years back, and none of the real estate agents understood the concept. Most conversations went like this
"Is the street cabled?" "Yes - the property has electricity and phone" "No... is (then) Saturn available in the street?" "uhhh - they have a phone yes..." Just tell the agents that its a wired house for computers, and adds $3000 onto the value of the property. They speak dollars.
