ftp sync tool

hello everybody

i've just set a server up to do all my web devel and i am wanting to 
know if there is a tool which can sync between my current CVS module and 
the ftp server which is on the web.

(similar to the ws-ftp sync-er)

i haven't got a "always-on" conn so i will have to do it manually

any ideas??
