Zane and I assume that virtually everyone in this group would qualify as being "information literate".
But maybe that's not correct. I'd be interested to hear from anyone who has a different insight into what the ":behaviours" of people who are "information literate" may be. Ian Thomson of the 2020 Communications Trust in Wellington agrees with me that too many people have computers and internet connections but have no idea how to use them as learning tools. I've written to the CCC and to the Community Employment Group on this topic, but there appears to be no interest or concern. Too hard. Any suggestions would be welcome. Probably better off list.
