I have noticed many attempts to connect to the secure port ( 445 ) used by IPCop and Smoothwall. Also my squid cache has been compromised in some way resulting in a denial of service if the squid daemon is active.
I was going to rave on about IPCop being absolutely wonderful, hasn't stopped for months -- which btw was correct until yesterday -- but I won't now. Upgrading to 1.3 asap. Won't be online for a bit. -- Sincerely etc., Christopher Sawtell
