I just remembered that I have copies of OS/2 next to my desk, so for
OS/2 version 3 (Warp) the medium is
    /dev/hdc on /cdrom type iso9660
for the first disc and 
    /dev/hdc on /cdrom type iso9660 
for the second.

Out of historical perverseness, "Microsoft� Operating System/2" is
     /dev/fd0 on /floppy type umsdos 
and IBM OS/2 2.0 is
     /dev/fd0 on /floppy type umsdos
Neither of which is surprising :)
