It resolves for me.

I've been reading bits of the site for 3-4 months now.  It is a very good 
resource.

Doubtful.  Most of the site is 5 - 20MB pdfs. Say... 15 to a paper... and how 
many papers?
a) Would they have space to hold it? (maybe the old news server's disks?)
b) Who would pay for the traffic? (always a got'ach were internal charging 
occurs)

If enough people want it, ask.  If it had more resources, GK[1] might even 
host it.

Paradise has always done a good job for me.  Most of the time when I have a 
internet connection problem, it's normally the other end or Telecom.
