Oh yes we are, there shouldn't be too many text web browsers which have the menu structure you described. ;) I downloaded 2.1pre11, and the -dump option is commented out in the source code. No mention as to why. I could recompile but I can't be bothered, time's not free. Saving from the menu is already faster than cranking up netscape...
