I noticed a great deal of sobig.f virus mails coming from a small group of servers so blocked those servers using postfix. I've blocked about 10 now, and between 27 august at 10 am and now it has blocked a total of 188 mails from those servers. I have configured postfix to send me (as postmaster) an email when it happens, so I just sort and count (and occasioanally check) those mails.
At 100k per sobig.f email thats quite a lot of traffic saved. (18M I think) I would have caught more if i'd been bothered to add the new ones to my list over the weekend. -- Nick Rout <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
