well that depends on the list software.
it may either:
- notice that there is already a Reply-To: header and not set one.
  (which leads to inconsistencies -> bad)
- add another Reply-To: header. 
  (now you got two -> bad)
- overwrite the usersupplied Reply-To: header 
  (now the user can not be reached -> bad)
