That post got hung up somewhere in the system and popped out 9 days
later. My point was that Rowan should not need a separate installation
for his Russian language settings. Under Mandrake (similar to RH) he
should be able to either switch languages at will or create two users
each with a different default language. 

That was so long ago I'm hoping all his questions were answered.
